Rehabilitation equipment will be made available only to individuals with an approved application. Persons in need of mobility equipment not listed below may contact our office for consideration for other equipment.
The FREE Foundation provides equipment to qualified individuals in Southwest Virginia. In order to be eligible to receive this equipment, a complete application must be submitted including all requested documentation.
